This comprehensive process ensures a thorough evaluation of each applicant’s academic, behavioral, psychological, medical background, extracurricular interests, and future aspirations to support their success and well-being in the school environment.

Application Submission

Transcripts

Submit the official school record to Azice for the transcript evaluation.

Disciplinary Background

⁠Provide a report from the current school detailing any disciplinary actions.
⁠Include a letter of recommendation from a teacher or school counselor.

⁠Psychological Evaluation

⁠⁠Submit a recent psychological evaluation conducted by a licensed psychologist.
Include assessments of cognitive abilities, emotional well-being, and social behavior.

Medical History

⁠⁠⁠Provide a comprehensive medical history form completed by a healthcare provider.
⁠Include immunization records and any known medical conditions.

Prescribed Medication

⁠List all prescribed medications, including usage and dosages.
⁠⁠Include a letter from the prescribing physician detailing the necessity and management of the medications.

⁠Hobbies and Interests

⁠Provide a list of hobbies and extracurricular activities.
Include any relevant achievements or participation in clubs, sports, arts, etc.

⁠Two-Week Tryout Period

⁠Participate in a two-week tryout period involving both athletics and academic classes.
Evaluate the student’s fit for the school’s environment and programs.

– If the student is denied entry after the two-week tryout, the parents are only obligated to pay for those two weeks.

– Any deposits made will be refunded.

Specify which university you would like to attend for higher education.

The admissions committee reviews all submitted documents and tryout period performance.
