Our weekly camps, and programs allow you to participate in the everyday life of a full time RPS academy student. Here we do not separate you from our full-time students, instead we invite you join our program and get a real taste of how we make champions. Having the opportunity to Practice, develop, and compete alongside our full-time student athletes and coaches.

Our program has two unique training sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The morning session includes two hours of stroke production and technique development. The focus of the afternoon session is point development and match play. The students will have one hour of on and off-court conditioning and weight training three times per week. Our method of two training sessions per day will allow the student to assimilate the instruction effectively.

Our high-performance Academy has a track record of helping players reach their potential. In addition to academy training, players will be given a chance to train with the best players and engage in match-play, conditioning, mental training, video analysis, and player analysis.

RPS Academies has established itself as a premier volleyball development program, producing over 50 NCAA/NAIA athletes over the past decade. Notably, our players have gone on to achieve international success, including Sophie Hancock, a competitor in the World Championship U19, and Betuda Tomasova, who secured third place in the Czech National Tour, among many others.

Our program runs from August to June and includes daily volleyball training, strength and weight training, and mental preparation within a boarding school setting. Our student volleyball athletes receive the highest level of volleyball training, preparing them for success in sports performance.
